  • Geography
    Focus on the major markets in the state of Gujarat, India.

  • Asset Type
    Primarily Office, Residential, Townships, Retail and mixed developments.

  • Investment Size
    Orange typically invests minimum $ 600000 to $ 1 million per transaction, with additional capital provided by its partners and lenders. Typically the holding period is between 2 to 5 years.

  • Target Return
    20%++ on an average annulised
